Love this one! I'm listening to it for the 3rd time as I write this. I've taken the tests suggested in the podcast and I feel comfortable saying I'm an empath as well. All the things Tricia said hit home for me. The biggest one was have set times to leave social settings and usually wanting to drive myself to social situations so I can be alone on the way home. Great episode!
